Run your life like something worth running well.
Health, finances, relationships, career. Areas of life that don't need one decision; they need a hundred small ones, made consistently, over years. Good intentions don't survive that. Systems do.
A Life Management System borrows the logic that well-run organisations use for what matters (clear scope and objectives, defined rules and routines, honest review cycles) and scales it to one person, couple or family. We design it together with the CoreFrame 4D™ method. You run it.

It works at work. Why not here?
You know how organisations keep complex things on track: objectives, responsibilities, routines, reviews. In your own life, the same area keeps slipping (fitness, money, the relationship, the career plan), not for lack of will, but for lack of structure. You want something that holds when motivation doesn't.
Not a productivity app, not a habit tracker
Tools come last. A system is first a design: what the area is for, what "good" looks like, which few routines carry it, how and when you review. Inspired by ISO-style management systems, reduced to what a person actually needs. Not more to do; a clearer way to do what matters. I don't give medical, legal or investment advice.
Four sprints. From context to daily life.
Each sprint covers one 4D stage and ends in something you keep. Building a system usually runs through all four in order, but if you already know your context well, we can start at Design. We confirm the entry point in the first call.
Define the Context
Clarify how your situation works today and what needs to change.
- Who this is for
- One area of your life keeps demanding attention without getting better. Before building anything, you want an honest picture of how it actually works today, and what the system needs to achieve.
- You'll receive
- System Context Brief: context, roles, constraints, risks and opportunities of the area; what must change; and the objectives the system will serve.
- How we work
- Structured conversations plus targeted work between sessions, on my side and on yours. We map how the area runs today, where it breaks, and what a working system would have to deliver.
Design the System
Design the routines, flows and review cycles that turn clarity into a system you can rely on.
- Who this is for
- You have clarity about your context and goals and now want a structured framework that supports consistent progress, better decisions and resilience.
- You'll receive
- System Blueprint: architecture, routines, review rhythms and decision flows; design principles; process maps for planning, reflection and improvement; practical setup suggestions; and robustness measures that keep the system stable when life shifts.
- How we work
- Like a house or a car, a system is designed before it's built. We explore alternative architectures, trade simplicity against depth, and define how the system operates day-to-day and under change.
Build the System
Implement your system and refine it through its first real cycles.
- Who this is for
- You have a blueprint and want it to become real: routines set up, templates in place, the first review cycles run, with someone to adjust what doesn't work in practice.
- You'll receive
- Your system, in place: routines, templates and review cycles implemented in your tools of choice, tested through first use, and a short operating manual you'll actually open.
- How we work
- Implementation sessions on a rhythm that fits your life. We set the system up, run it through its first real cycles together, and refine what reality pushes back on.
Live the System
Embed your system in everyday life and refine it through ongoing feedback.
- Who this is for
- The system exists, and now it competes with everyday life. You want it to become simply how things work, and to know honestly whether it's delivering.
- You'll receive
- Structured operating support: rhythms established, behaviours reinforced, signals tracked; periodic reviews that keep the system adapting as your life changes.
- How we work
- Light-touch check-ins on an agreed cadence, reviewing what the system reports, adjusting routines, and stepping back as it becomes self-sustaining.
You're buying the result, not hours
Scope, not sessions
Each sprint is a fixed scope with a defined deliverable. Typically a briefing, one to three 90-minute working sessions, and work in between on both sides. We agree the scope of a sprint before it starts.
Delivery & follow-up
Your written deliverable arrives within a few business days after a sprint's final session. A 30-minute check-in within 30 days is included, live or async.
Stage check & pivot guarantee
We confirm your stage at the start. If it turns out you need a different sprint, your investment rolls forward. No upsell, and never without your consent.
Confidentiality
Everything you share stays between us. Sessions are private; nothing goes to third parties unless you ask for it or the law requires it.
The practical questions
What happens between the sessions?
The larger part of the work. I structure, research, model and write while we are not meeting, and there is usually something on your side too: a document to find, an option to test, a conversation to have. I say what I need and why, so that a session starts where it should.
Can we do this together, as a couple?
Yes, and for some questions it is the better setup. We agree at the start which sessions we hold together and which individually, because some thinking is easier alone. What is said in an individual session stays there. It remains decision work rather than couples counselling: we work on the choice in front of you, not on the relationship itself.
Can I move a session?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later than that, the session counts as held unless a replacement date fits into the sprint without extra effort. If I have to move a session, you get a replacement date.
The terms in fullWhich area of life needs a system?
