The Situation Review is the first step towards finding out: one session, then a written assessment, at a fixed price. It is small on purpose. You can stop after it without having paid for a whole sprint, and you still have something in hand.

Scope

One session of 60 to 90 minutes, online. A few questions to answer beforehand, in your own time, so that the session goes to what matters.

What you receive

Within a few days, one or two written pages: your situation as it stands once said out loud, what is at stake, two or three directions worth looking at, and the next step I recommend.

Price

CHF 190, fixed. You are buying the assessment, not an hour.

Credited

If you book a sprint within six months, the CHF 190 is credited in full.

Sometimes the Situation Review is enough. Sometimes another professional is the right one, a doctor, a lawyer, a therapist. Then I tell you so, and the Situation Review is still yours.

Common questions

How is this different from the free first conversation?

The first conversation is a chance to meet: 30 minutes to find out whether and how I can help. The Situation Review is already work on your situation. You answer a few questions beforehand, we take a whole session, and afterwards you receive a written assessment that is yours, whether anything follows or not.

Do I have to book a sprint after the Situation Review?

No. The Situation Review ends in a recommendation, and one of them can be that you need no sprint, or that another professional is the right one. If you do book one within six months, the CHF 190 is credited in full.

Is this coaching or therapy?

Neither. Therapy works on how you feel and where that comes from. Coaching works on habits, performance and goals. Here we work the problem itself: the facts, the options, what you value, the risks, and what each path would ask of you. The methods come from strategy, governance, risk management and decision analysis. If what you need is treatment or support with your mental health, that is another profession, and I say so.
