About CoreFrame Advisory

Enterprise-grade thinking for personal decisions.

When organisations face a tough problem or a decision worth millions, they bring in independent specialists: people with a method to analyse the problem, design solutions, evaluate options, and help implement the one chosen.

Your personal life has decisions of the same weight (about work, money, relationships, health) and no such specialist. CoreFrame Advisory closes that gap: the methodical, independent approach normally reserved for large organisations, made available to individuals and couples. Worldwide.

Three things you can hold me to

01

Integrity

No hidden agendas, no upsell. Trust and transparency are the foundation of the work. Guidance focused on your long-term benefit, not a short-term fix.

02

Structure

Every engagement follows a method, ends in writing, and can be explained afterwards. Rigour is what makes the result yours to stand behind.

03

Connection

Method without empathy is a spreadsheet. The decisions we work on are personal; the conversations are, too. Everything you share stays confidential.

What this is, and isn't

Advisory, clearly bounded

Not coaching, not therapy. We work the problem (facts, options, values, risks) rather than only how you feel about it.

Not medical, legal or investment advice. I'm not a medical doctor, lawyer or licensed financial advisor. I help you structure such decisions and prepare for the professionals who are. I don't replace them.

Independent. I sell no products, earn no commissions, and have no stake in which option you choose.

Before you get in touch

Questions I hear often

Is this coaching or therapy?

Neither. Therapy works on how you feel and where that comes from. Coaching works on habits, performance and goals. Here we work the problem itself: the facts, the options, what you value, the risks, and what each path would ask of you. The methods come from strategy, governance, risk management and decision analysis. If what you need is treatment or support with your mental health, that is another profession, and I say so.

Are you a medical doctor?

No. My doctorate is in biology, with a specialisation in neurophysiology, so the title is a PhD rather than a medical degree. I make no diagnoses and give no treatment recommendations. What I bring to a health question is method, not medicine.

Can you help with a medical decision?

With the decision, yes. Many clients face a choice their doctors have laid out but cannot make for them: treat or manage, keep investigating or wait, which specialist to see next. We separate what is known from what is assumed, name what a good outcome means for you, and compare the paths on the same terms. Your doctors stay in the loop and the medical judgement stays with them.

Can you give me legal advice?

No. CoreFrame Advisory is not a law firm. I can help you see the structure of a legal question, think through the options and prepare for the conversation with a lawyer, which usually makes that conversation shorter and better.

Can you help with financial decisions?

With the structure, yes: a budget, the financial side of a life system, or what different scenarios would mean for you. What I do not do is regulated financial advice. No product recommendations, no investment picks, no commissions from anyone.

Can we do this together, as a couple?

Yes, and for some questions it is the better setup. We agree at the start which sessions we hold together and which individually, because some thinking is easier alone. What is said in an individual session stays there. It remains decision work rather than couples counselling: we work on the choice in front of you, not on the relationship itself.

How do the sessions work?

Online, typically one to three working sessions of 90 minutes per sprint, at a rhythm we agree. Each has an objective and a result; none is a status call. In person around Zürich can be arranged.

Is what I tell you confidential?

Yes. Sessions are private, and nothing reaches a third party unless you ask for it or the law requires it. The practice is in Switzerland and works under Swiss data protection law.
