Decision Advisory

For the decisions you can't take back.

Stay or leave. Job offer A or B. Move abroad or stay put. Commit capital, or years. Choices that shape your career, relationships and finances for a long time, and that you're currently carrying alone.

Decision Advisory applies the CoreFrame 4D™ method to one decision. Structured conversations, work between sessions on both sides, and a written result at the end of each stage, so you decide with open eyes and can still explain the choice a year from now.

Who this is for

You think clearly, but not about this

You're used to making good decisions at work, with data, colleagues and a process. This one is different: it's personal, the stakes are high, the information is incomplete, and everyone around you has an opinion but no method. You want structure, an outside view, and a result you can stand behind.

What this is not

Not coaching, not therapy

I don't ask you how you feel about it and leave it there. We work the problem: facts, options, values, risks, the way a serious organisation would treat a decision worth millions. Empathy is part of how we talk; analysis is what you take home. I don't give legal, medical or investment advice.

Advisory sprints

Four sprints. Start where you are.

Each sprint covers one 4D stage and ends in a written deliverable you keep. Some people need all four; many arrive with clarity already and start at Explore or Decide. We confirm the right entry point together in the first call.

The 4D method
01
Diagnose

Find Clarity

Get unstuck and uncover what's really holding you back.

Who this is for
You're spinning your wheels. Burnout, a misfit role or hidden blockers are leaving you directionless. You want to know: what is really going on, and what matters most for me right now?
You'll receive
CoreFrame Clarity Summary: your problem statement (what's really at stake), your top three values and priorities, and two or three concrete directions to explore.
How we work
Focused conversations plus targeted work between sessions, on my side and on yours. We uncover blind spots, clarify what matters most and capture it in a summary you can use as a compass.
02
Design

Explore Options

Discover and test your best paths forward.

Who this is for
You know your current situation isn't it, but you're not sure what's next, or how to test ideas without risking everything. The decision could affect your income, your family or your sense of purpose.
You'll receive
CoreFrame Options Portfolio: a shortlist of 2–3 viable paths matched to your strengths and to what the world is asking for, a quick-test plan, and a foresight snapshot of the trends affecting your options.
How we work
Live exploration combined with tailored research and foresight. Together we generate and stress-test options; I consolidate them into a portfolio you can act on.
03
Decide

Make the Decision

Choose with clarity and commit with confidence.

Who this is for
You're torn between two or more high-stakes paths: stay versus go, offer A versus B, move abroad versus stay put. Choices that will shape your career, relationships and finances for years.
You'll receive
CoreFrame Decision Dossier: your trade-offs structured, your rationale captured, and a concrete 30/60/90-day action plan.
How we work
We make the criteria explicit, weigh the options against evidence and your priorities, and name the risks. The decision is yours; the reasoning is written down so it holds.
04
Do

Get it Done

Build momentum and make progress that lasts.

Who this is for
You've decided, and now the plan competes with everyday life. You want to move from intention to progress without losing focus, and to know honestly whether it's working.
You'll receive
Execution plan and progress reviews: your chosen path translated into concrete actions and milestones, with structured check-ins until outcomes are measurable.
How we work
Short working sessions on a rhythm that fits your life, tracking milestones, removing blockers and adjusting the plan when reality disagrees with it.
How an engagement works

You're buying the result, not hours

Scope, not sessions

Each sprint is a fixed scope with a defined deliverable. Typically a briefing, one to three 90-minute working sessions, and work in between on both sides. We agree the scope of a sprint before it starts.

Delivery & follow-up

Your written deliverable arrives within a few business days after a sprint's final session. A 30-minute check-in within 30 days is included, live or async.

Stage check & pivot guarantee

We confirm your stage at the start. If it turns out you need a different sprint, your investment rolls forward. No upsell, and never without your consent.

Confidentiality

Everything you share stays between us. Sessions are private; nothing goes to third parties unless you ask for it or the law requires it.

Before a sprint starts

The practical questions

What happens between the sessions?

The larger part of the work. I structure, research, model and write while we are not meeting, and there is usually something on your side too: a document to find, an option to test, a conversation to have. I say what I need and why, so that a session starts where it should.

Can we do this together, as a couple?

Yes, and for some questions it is the better setup. We agree at the start which sessions we hold together and which individually, because some thinking is easier alone. What is said in an individual session stays there. It remains decision work rather than couples counselling: we work on the choice in front of you, not on the relationship itself.

What if I regret the decision later?

A decision made on explicit criteria stays explainable even when the outcome disappoints, which is why the reasoning is written down rather than remembered. Your dossier carries a 30/60/90-day plan, and a check-in within 30 days is included, so new information reaches the plan while adjusting is still cheap.

Can I move a session?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later than that, the session counts as held unless a replacement date fits into the sprint without extra effort. If I have to move a session, you get a replacement date.
