Challenge

Choose between multiple job offers

A structured way to choose: your priorities made explicit, every offer compared on the same terms, the promises and the risks behind each one named. Not a gut feeling under time pressure. A choice you can explain.

Each offer wins on a different day

  • You have two or more offers and each looks good for different reasons.
  • Salary, title and flexibility pull you in different directions.
  • You're worried about a decision you'll regret later.
  • Well-meaning friends offer conflicting advice.
  • You feel pressure to choose quickly but want to be sure.
How we'd work on it · CoreFrame 4D™

Four stages. One decision you can explain a year from now.

The same method serious organisations use for decisions worth millions, applied to yours. Structured conversations, work between sessions on both sides, and a written result you keep.

01DiagnoseWhat "the right job" means for you now: growth, stability, learning, balance, pay, the people. Which of these are must-haves, and what you're really solving by moving.
02DesignEach offer as a well-formed option, including the version you could still negotiate. The same criteria for all of them, so they compare fairly and not by whoever called last.
03DecideOffers weighed against your criteria, with the uncertainties named: how solid each company is, how real the interview promises are, what happens if the market turns. Trade-offs written down, so you don't reopen the question in week three.
04DoThe acceptance and the declines handled cleanly, negotiation closed, and a first-90-days plan so the choice proves itself in practice. A check-in included.
You take home

A written Decision Dossier: your criteria and values hierarchy, a trade-off table of your options, your rationale, and a 30/60/90-day action plan.

Format

Typically one to three 90-minute working sessions, online, plus work in between on both sides. You buy the result, not hours. A check-in within 30 days is included.

Why a pros-and-cons list doesn't work

The list changes every time you write it

Because it has no weights, no criteria and no honest view of the risks; it just mirrors how you feel that day. Decision analysis fixes that: explicit criteria, options compared on the same terms, uncertainty named instead of ignored. The decision stays yours. The reasoning becomes durable.

Who you'd be working with

An advisor, not a coach

PhD, Global Executive MBA. I have advised organisations and leaders on high-stakes choices for over a dozen years and now bring the same methods to individuals at career and life crossroads. Structure, proven methods, and empathy. No hidden agenda, no upsell.

Before a first conversation

Questions people ask

Is this coaching or therapy?

Neither. Therapy works on how you feel and where that comes from. Coaching works on habits, performance and goals. Here we work the problem itself: the facts, the options, what you value, the risks, and what each path would ask of you. The methods come from strategy, governance, risk management and decision analysis. If what you need is treatment or support with your mental health, that is another profession, and I say so.

Can we do this together, as a couple?

Yes, and for some questions it is the better setup. We agree at the start which sessions we hold together and which individually, because some thinking is easier alone. What is said in an individual session stays there. It remains decision work rather than couples counselling: we work on the choice in front of you, not on the relationship itself.

What if a different sprint turns out to fit better?

We check your entry point at the start, and if it is the wrong one, I say so and what you have paid moves to the sprint that fits. Nothing is added to a scope without your agreement.

Can I move a session?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later than that, the session counts as held unless a replacement date fits into the sprint without extra effort. If I have to move a session, you get a replacement date.

Talk it through before you decide anything

30 minutes, online. We look at your situation, I tell you honestly whether structured advisory would help, and you decide. No preparation needed.
