Challenge

Adapt your career to the age of AI

A structured way to adapt: where your work and income are exposed, which paths keep you valuable, and how to use today's stability to buy tomorrow's options. Not a prediction. A strategy you can revise.

Recognise this situation?

You can feel the ground shifting, not how fast

  • You sense your profession is shifting, but you're unsure how fast or how far.
  • Automation and AI are changing how income and value are generated.
  • You're torn between maximising earnings now and preparing for what comes next.
  • You want to use your current stability to invest in future flexibility.
  • You need a clear picture of your exposure, options and timing.
How we'd work on it · CoreFrame 4D™

Four stages. One decision you can explain a year from now.

The same method serious organisations use for decisions worth millions, applied to yours. Structured conversations, work between sessions on both sides, and a written result you keep.

01DiagnoseWhat actually creates your professional and financial value, and how exposed it is: which tasks, which income streams, which assets. Your lasting strengths, and how much uncertainty you can carry.
02DesignRealistic adaptation paths: deepen your expertise, reposition it, or redesign your work life around consulting, ventures or assets. And how current earnings become buffers and future freedom.
03DecidePaths compared under uncertainty: short-term earning against long-term relevance, stability against flexibility, effort against reach. Trade-offs written down, so the plan survives the next headline.
04DoA transition and resilience plan with concrete learning, saving and project milestones, buffers built and watched, and review points as the signals change. A check-in included.
You take home

A written Decision Dossier: your criteria and values hierarchy, a trade-off table of your options, your rationale, and a 30/60/90-day action plan.

Format

Typically one to three 90-minute working sessions, online, plus work in between on both sides. You buy the result, not hours. A check-in within 30 days is included.

Confidential

Everything stays between us. No third parties, no exceptions unless you ask or the law requires it.

Why a pros-and-cons list doesn't work

The list changes every time you write it

Because it has no weights, no criteria and no honest view of the risks; it just mirrors how you feel that day. Decision analysis fixes that: explicit criteria, options compared on the same terms, uncertainty named instead of ignored. The decision stays yours. The reasoning becomes durable.

Who you'd be working with

An advisor, not a coach

PhD, Global Executive MBA. I have advised organisations and leaders on high-stakes choices for over a dozen years and now bring the same methods to individuals at career and life crossroads. Structure, proven methods, and empathy. No hidden agenda, no upsell.

Before a first conversation

Questions people ask

Is this coaching or therapy?

Neither. Therapy works on how you feel and where that comes from. Coaching works on habits, performance and goals. Here we work the problem itself: the facts, the options, what you value, the risks, and what each path would ask of you. The methods come from strategy, governance, risk management and decision analysis. If what you need is treatment or support with your mental health, that is another profession, and I say so.

Can we do this together, as a couple?

Yes, and for some questions it is the better setup. We agree at the start which sessions we hold together and which individually, because some thinking is easier alone. What is said in an individual session stays there. It remains decision work rather than couples counselling: we work on the choice in front of you, not on the relationship itself.

What if a different sprint turns out to fit better?

We check your entry point at the start, and if it is the wrong one, I say so and what you have paid moves to the sprint that fits. Nothing is added to a scope without your agreement.

Can I move a session?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Later than that, the session counts as held unless a replacement date fits into the sprint without extra effort. If I have to move a session, you get a replacement date.

Talk it through before you decide anything

30 minutes, online. We look at your situation, I tell you honestly whether structured advisory would help, and you decide. No preparation needed.
